Register to vote if you aren't already. You can register in several ways:

Call the Steuben County Board of Elections at 607-664-2260 and they will send you a paper registration form in the mail.
Visit the Hornell Public Library or US Post Office in Hornell to obtain a paper form.
If you have moved since registering to vote, click here to update your address through the US Postal Service.
If you are unsure of your voter registration status, click here to check yourself in the New York State Board of Elections voter database.
Make sure to vote in the general election—which will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. The Hornell Community Arts Center (56 Broadway) is the polling place for Hornell residents.
You can also vote early between October 25 and November 2 at the Hornell Community Arts Center. The hours of operation will be published closer to the election
